I get a great deal of satisfaction creating portraits and murals for clients. From the very beginning in the initial stages of planning and preparation, right up to the finished work of art. My work is accomplished primarily from photographs that I take myself, although in some circumstances the client may have a good quality photograph that I will be able to work from. A preliminary sketch is made in charcoal before the actual painting begins. Both photograph and sketch has to meet the clients approval before I begin the actual painting.
A 30% deposit of the total price is required from the client before any actual work begins. The final finished painting has to meet the clients approval and no final payment is owed until the customer is completely satisfied with the finished painting. An uncomplicated contract must be agreed to and signed by the client prior to the beginning of any work.
The materials I use are of the finest quality and only linen canvas is used with my portrait work.
